Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Bouquet Bundle from the Potted Blossom, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following Bouquet Bundle Terms & Conditions as the recipient.

Payment for Bouquet Bundle

I understand that my place in the Potted Blossom Bouquet Bundle is not secure until I have paid in full for the respective bundle. 

There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my Potted Blossom Bouquet Bundle once purchased. I can choose to find an alternate person to buy out my Bouquet Bundle, and the Bouquet Bundle ownership will be transferred to the alternate person. The alternate person will pay the original Bouquet Bundle holder directly. I, as the original purchaser, understand that I am responsible for informing The Potted Blossom if such a transfer occurs.

Start Dates for Bouquet Bundle

I understand that the start date of each Bouquet Bundle is flexible, based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that I will be signed up for The Potted Blossom newsletter and this will be how they communicate information to all members of updates and the official start date. It is my responsibility to contact the Potted Blossom via email at mary@pottedblossom.com if I have not received a notification near the projected Bouquet Bundle start date.

Picking Up My Flower Bouquet Bundle

I understand that my Bouquet Bundle will be delivered weekly to the pick up location. I understand that I am responsible for finding a substitute to pick up my share if I am out of town or otherwise unable to pick up my bouquet.  I understand that if my bouquet is not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, I forfeit that bouquet and that it will be donated at the discretion of the Potted Blossom. I will not receive credit or a refund for any shares that I do not pick up.

Pick up times are set for the entirety of the season.

I agree to not arrive early or late to the pick up location expecting my bouquet to be available. I understand that the pick up location is also a place of business and will be respectful of the establishment where the bouquets are picked up. 

I understand that I am responsible for bringing a container to transport my bouquet home in. I am only to take my bouquet from the pick up location.

SHARING THE RISK

I understand that as a member of the Potted Blossom Bouquet Bundle, I share in both the bounty and the risks of farming. I understand that farming includes risks of poor harvests due to bad weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as fire, flood, or drought that is out of the control of the Potted Blossom. 

I understand that the arrangement will be composed of a variety of seasonally available materials and that no specific flowers or colors or varieties can be promised or guaranteed. My arrangement is a living, breathing entity - and that any vase life is not guaranteed on any material or the arrangement as a whole. More information on taking care of the arrangement to ensure the longest possible vase life is available on the Potted Blossom website. 

I understand that none of the arrangements nor the materials therein are for edible or topical use. I understand that materials may be irritating, toxic or poisonous if ingested by humans or other animals, and I agree to hold The Potted Blossom free of liability. If I have any questions, I will ask them as soon as possible. 


COMMUNICATION

I understand that The Potted Blossom communicates through email with updates and changes during the season. By signing up for a Bouquet Bundle, I understand that I will be added to the newsletter list, and I agree to add mary@pottedblossom.com to my email contacts.

The Potted Blossom will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to their e-mails going to my Spam folder or Promotions tab. I will notify The Potted Blossom immediately if I do not receive an e-mail receipt of my payment or my Bouquet Bundle emails.
